Wisteria dripped lazily down from the trees overhead as Alex rocked her new baby boy back and forth. With her toe pointed she kicked off a nearby tree stump so she could rock him some more. The flowers had just started to bloom in the garden and there was still a nip in the air. She held him tightly as he looked up and started giggling at us. The ease in which she held him, their strong bond, the beautiful connection between mother and son.
